March was one busy month around the Ranch. Here's a few of the local happenings you might have missed during the storm.
We're getting a second server!
During our latest Donation Drive, folks donated $4085 to JavaRanch towards the purchase of a second server to handle all the traffic we keep getting 'round these parts. $2000 of that came from a pledge from the kind folks at McGraw-Hill/Osborne to match donations from other JavaRanchers. They were also kind enough to send out copies of The Art Of Java to the first 25 folks that donated $50 or more. Thanks a lot JavaRanchers and McGraw-Hill/Osborne!

New Bartenders
The JavaRanch Staff just got a little bigger with the addition of JavaRancers Jeanne Boyarsky, Phil Maquet, Balaji Loganathan, and Joe Ess. Help us welcome these folks to their new positions.
Ant Forum Changes
We changed the name of the old Ant forum to Ant, Maven and Other Build Tools. In the process, we also moved the forum from the Products section of the Saloon to the Engineering section.
